counselling I use an integrative approach to counselling which incorporates person-centered, transactional analysis and gestalt therapy. I provide a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space to explore your feelings, behavioural and relational patterns, looking at you as a whole person including the processes that have supported you on your unique journey. I offer support through life changing events and growth proceses. I work with a wide range of issues including lack of motivation or direction, eating disorders, bereavement and loss, anxiety, low mood, end of life issues and many others including those that you cannot put a name to.

We start with an exploratory session when you will be able to tell me what has brought you to seek counselling and discuss what outcome you would like. This session allows us to get to know one another and you to decide whether you feel we would be able to work together. This exploratory session takes 30 minutes and is free. If you decide to proceed then future counselling sessions of 50 minutes will cost £40.00. Payment in full at the start of a session. |
